Company Structure

ENCODE Group has developed thru the years from an engineering & design company to an enterprise with various (technical) services to its markets and clients. This growth was achieved thru increase of business and in clients, start-up of new affiliates as well as thru various acquisitions.

At this moment ENCODE Group runs the brands The Badger Company, A1 Werkplan, DBP Management and Reg Dab Recruitment Services. Thru the years these brands by virtue of the growth of their operational activities started to overlap each other and it became increasingly difficult to tag their mutual distinction. ENCODE Group has therefor decided to restructure its activities in three product/market combinations being Engineering, Recruitment and Remote Services.

The engineering business will comprise of all present and future The Badger Company companies and continue under The Badger Company brand. Barry van Zwet will be the prime responsible for the well being and growth of The Badger Company, strongly supported by Razvan Cretu (MD The Badger Company Rom Srl).

The recruitment business will comprise of the A1 Werkplan, DBP Management and Reg Dab Recruitment Services companies and continue under A1 Werkplan as a brand and as one company. Peter Klaassen will be the prime responsible for the well-being and growth of A1 Werkplan, strongly supported by Jan de Pijper.

The headquarters of both brands will remain the main office in Hoogvliet-Rotterdam (The Netherlands). The office of A1 Werkplan in Urmond (The Netherlands) will continue to support clients in the south of The Netherlands, Belgium and the neighbouring industrial areas in Germany. The office in Ploiesti (Romania) will increase recruitment activities, both engineering & design staff and technicians, to support clients in Western Europe for good qualified temporary staff.

The above measures in effect as from Q1 2022.
